Ordering an access card

It is possible for all with legitimate business at Port Esbjerg to acquire an access card by contacting the Port Control.

Order request for an access card should be done in writing to the following email address: vagt@portesbjerg.dk.

Following information is required:

• Full name
• Date of birth
• Company name

A written confirmation will be sent from the Port Control once the access card is ready for collection.

The access card can be collected from the Harbour Office at Hulvejen 1, 6700 Esbjerg.

The International Ship and Port Facility Security Code (ISPS Code) applies to the facilities at Port Esbjerg.

Random checks are carried out, so personnel located at Port Esbjerg facilities should on request be able to show a valid access card in combination with other ID (driving license or health insurance card).
